We are an asset-based lender specializing in originating, underwriting, funding, servicing, and managing large portfolios of mortgages and personal notes secured by manufactured, modular homes and other tangible assets. We are licensed under Department of Corporations in California (California Financial License Number 6053970). We operate in California through our offices in Petaluma (Northern California) and San Diego (Southern California).

Premier has private and institutional investors and borrowers across the country. PCL has a well-managed and high-yielding portfolio of assets valued at over $10M under management.

We are a full service financial lender in the mobile home and manufactured housing industry. We were formed to meet the growing financial needs of the mobile and manufactured home buyer, who either want to buy a new or used mobile home or refinance their present mobile home.
